A workshop for women by women, curated to experience the power + rhythm of connection.
Through language, energy, breath and movement we will cultivate the rhythm that innately exists within each of us as a Woman. Together, we will explore how individual rhythms are ignited within a community of Women.
We will begin the journey of becoming unstuck, ignited and empowered.
This workshop will include:
* Tools to ignite and embody your internal rhythm.
* Experiencing the power of being held and supported by Women.
* Grounding movement + meditation to navigate the future.
* Laughter, vulnerability, cursing, and celebration.
* The desire for more.
