MIGRATIONS

Bi-annual events for women ready to navigate life’s transitions with courage, connection, and intentional growth.

There are moments in life when something is ending, something is beginning, and you’re not quite sure who you are in between.

Awakening Migration

A six-week pause for women in transition

Wednesdays, April 8 - May 13 | 12-2pm and 6-8pm

Migration is an intimate, six-week experience for women navigating change — whether you’re moving through peri-menopause or menopause, releasing a relationship or identity, preparing for or integrating plant work, empty nesting, or simply sensing that life is asking something new of you.

You don’t need to have clarity.
You just need to know you’re in transition.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re transitioning from or toward.

Inside Migration

What Migration Is

Migration is a facilitated, relational container held over six weeks with the same small group of women.

Rooted in the rhythms of spring and fall, Migration offers space to pause, reflect, and re-orient during seasons of change. Each gathering weaves together practical tools, embodied practices, ritual, and honest conversation.

This is not a course to complete or a self-improvement project.
It is a place to slow down enough to hear yourself again.

Who Migration Is For

Migration is for women who are:

  • navigating peri-menopause or menopause

  • releasing a relationship, role, or identity

  • preparing for or integrating plant medicine work

  • empty nesting or redefining purpose

  • feeling an inner shift they can’t ignore

You don’t need to be aligned with the calendar seasons to belong here.
If you are in transition, you are in migration.

How Migration Is Held

Migration is guided, but not rigid.
The experience is shaped in response to the women in the room.

While each Migration follows a clear seasonal arc, the weekly gatherings are informed by what is emerging — from the previous week, from the group, and from real life.

Rather than a fixed curriculum, the work meets you where you are.
This responsiveness is what allows Migration to feel both grounded and alive.

What Women Leave With

Women leave Migration with:

  • greater clarity around what is ending and what is emerging

  • renewed trust in their inner signals and timing

  • tools they continue using long after the six weeks

  • a felt sense of connection — to themselves and to others

Many women return season after season, not because they need more, but because Migration becomes a meaningful rhythm in their lives.

Your Facilitators

Migration is facilitated by Hey Birdie founders Heather and Jess, whose work centers connection, curiosity, and creating containers where women feel safe enough to tell the truth.

Migration doesn’t rush transformation.
It honors the in-between.

  • Migrations are curated group experiences offered by Hey Birdie. Just like birds in real life, we launch our 6-week migrations in the spring and fall seasons. These transformative journeys invite our birds to go deeper, honor their curiosities, unleash their potential, and find their flock.

  • No. Many women arrive with only a felt sense that something is shifting. Migration is designed to support discovery, not require certainty.

  • While consistency supports intimacy, we understand life happens. Each gathering stands on its own while also contributing to the larger arc. You’ll be welcomed back into the group when you return.

  • No. Migration is a facilitated, relational experience that draws from ritual, embodiment, reflection, and conversation. While it can be deeply supportive, it is not therapy or a replacement for mental health care.

  • No prior experience is required. All practices are accessible and invitational, and you are always encouraged to participate in ways that feel aligned for you.

  • Yes. Trust is foundational. What is shared in Migration stays within the group.
