Each Flight Club is a year-long journey where a small Flock of women gather monthly for meaningful, soul-stirring connection. These aren’t drop-in events—they’re intentional containers rooted in curiosity, compassion, and care.
Led in partnership with incredible local women—facilitators, practitioners, artists, and space-holders—each two-hour gathering invites you into deeper self-awareness, honest conversation, and the kind of connection that lingers long after you leave the circle.
You don’t have to show up polished.
You just have to show up.

Inside the Nest: What to Expect from a Flight Club
Flight Clubs are curated year-long journeys designed for women who crave something more than small talk and surface-level connection. Each Flight Club brings together a group of women—intentionally matched—to gather monthly in spaces that are safe, sacred, and soul-stretching.
Here’s what you can expect when you land in a Flight Club:
Monthly Gatherings That Ground + Lift
Each month, you’ll be invited into a two-hour in-person gathering helod by one of our trusted local partners—female-owned businesses, facilitators, practitioners, artists, and guides who bring heart, skill, and intention to every session. No two gatherings are the same, but all are centered around the core values of connection, compassion, and curiosity.

A Flock That Feels Like Home
You’ll journey with the same group of women over 12 months, building real relationships that deepen with time. These aren’t networking events or social hours. This is about creating a circle where you are seen, known, and celebrated exactly as you are.

We honor the seasons of life and follow what’s alive in the room. That means you can expect thoughtful themes, beautiful rituals, spacious conversations, and prompts that meet you right where you are—whether that’s mid-burnout, mid-breakthrough, or just needing a soft place to land.

Every Flight Connection is led by a woman we’ve carefully selected — someone we’ve vetted, vibed with, and wholeheartedly believe in. We don’t just fill spots; we build relationships.

You’ll be held, not taught. Invited, not instructed.

We collaborate with acupuncturists, dancers, chefs, intimacy coaches, artists, bodyworkers, storytellers, and more — each bringing something meaningful to your time together.
And we honor the time itself.
We treat your two-hour gathering as sacred — not just something on the calendar, but a rhythm of devotion. From our five-past-the-hour start to the final shared breath, every moment is held with care.

Flight Clubs consist of groups of women (Flocks) that meet monthly to experience uniquely curated gatherings. We invite women to fly in formation to intentionally hold space for themselves + each other and consistently honor their curiosities. Connection, compassion, and curiosity are the pillars of Hey Birdie that create the structure of each monthly activity.

Find Your Flock is for women who are looking to build new, meaningful connections. We’ll match you with 8–12 like-hearted women in your area who are also seeking intentional community, consistent support, and space to grow.
Bring Your Own Birds (BYOB) is for those already gathering with a group of women—but craving deeper connection, less planning, and more nourishment. If you have 8–12 women you’re already meeting with and want to shift into a more intentional rhythm (without carrying the weight of organizing), we’ll help create a personalized experience just for you.

Spread the word and invite birds flying solo: As a Flight Club member, we encourage you to share your positive experiences and help spread the word about Flight Club. Let other women who may benefit from the community know about the opportunity to find their flock.
Lean into your flock for support: Life can sometimes get heavy, and Flight Club is a space where you can lean on your fellow birds for support. Engage in open and honest conversations, and seek and offer support when needed.
Hold space free from ego or judgment: As a member of Flight Club, it is important to hold space for one another with compassion and empathy. Leave ego and judgment at the door, creating an environment where everyone feels safe to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of shame, guilt, or embarrassment.
Communicate your commitment: When preparing for a Flight Club gathering, let your flock know if they can count on you being in formation. If you are unable to attend, it's helpful to communicate your availability or absence, like responding to a calendar invitation.
Respect vulnerability and confidentiality: As birds flocking together, it's essential to respect each other's vulnerability and maintain confidentiality. Create a safe space where everyone feels comfortable sharing without the fear of their words being shared outside of the Flight Club.
Embrace adventure, laughter, and emotions: Flight Club is about embracing the journey of exploration and connection. Be ready for adventure, laughter, and even tears as you navigate through various activities and discussions. Remember to have fun and enjoy the experiences shared with your flock.

The Flight Club experience is curated to provide opportunities for personal growth, exploration, and connection. Through engaging activities, discussions, and shared experiences, you'll have the chance to deepen your self-awareness, expand your perspectives, and build lasting connections with your fellow birds.

Flight Clubs are held every month on the same day and time. For example, if your Flock launches on the 2nd Tuesday of the month you will continue to meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for the remaining months. The specific dates and times for each Flight Club are announced in advance on our website, allowing you to plan and mark your calendars accordingly.

Absolutely! We have friends, cousins, sisters, and mother/daughter combos in our Flight Clubs.

We are honored to have Hey Birdie Nests in Denver, Golden, Evergreen, Boulder, and Ft. Collins, CO as well as Charleston, SC. When we launch a Flight Club we aim to keep the travel time to location no more than 20-25 minutes, traffic depending.

The investment for Flight Club is less than $100/month — and the experience of carving out intentional time for yourself each month, in a safe, supportive community, is truly priceless.
We offer a discount for those who pay in full, as well as a flexible payment plan for those who need it. Your growth, your presence, and your belonging are worth it.
