We are two women - in our 40’s, working, raising humans, married; and honestly, found ourselves wondering, what else? What else is available to us? What else can we offer other women?
 

Five years ago we came to a point when we did not want another book club, wine club, detox challenge or workout regimen. We wanted to take a journey, together, to explore the “else” of life. We invited a group of women to join us...they did...and we curated monthly opportunities for us to wonder; to enhance our mental, emotional and physical well-being; to explore the varieties of wisdom; and most importantly, to honor + enhance authentic connection.

Over the years, other women have expressed interest in joining our group because they also yearned for the experience we had collectively created including authentic connection, compassion, courage, and commitment. As we continued to evolve in our mindset and ponder, what are we doing, can we do more, do we want to do more? We recognized that we could (and should) create these opportunities for other women.

 

So….here we are!

My experiences with Hey Birdie have been soul-bearing - bringing me together with ass-kicking women from every walk of life trying to learn, grow, heal, feel and see one another. We experience, try on, laugh, cry, play and breathe when we are together.  We are invited and welcome to show up just as we are.  I am so incredibly grateful for the safe space and expansion this has provided and for the brilliant and brave women in this community.  Fly on!
