Tween + Teen Flight Club is designed to foster compassion, curiosity, and community while integrating elements of creative expression, freedom, leadership, and intuition.
What are Tween + Teen Flight Clubs?
Teen girls today are navigating more pressure, noise, and disconnection than ever — from social media, school stress, and a world that rarely gives them space to simply be.
They don’t need more to achieve or accomplish.
They need space to breathe.
They need space to belong.
They need space to be fully themselves — messy, brilliant, emotional, curious — without judgment.
They need tools to speak clearly, to hold compassion for themselves and others, and to build resilience for what’s ahead.
Most of all, they need a Flock — a circle of peers and mentors who remind them they are never alone as they grow, stretch, and learn to fly.
When girls gather in community, something shifts.
Confidence grows.
Resilience builds.
Life feels lighter.
That’s what our Tween + Teen Flock Offering gives them — not another obligation, but a home base where they can land, grow, and be truly seen.

Flight Club is a small-group experience for girls and gender-expansive youth in grades 7–12. Each Flock meets regularly to practice connection, compassion, and curiosity through guided conversations, reflection, and playful exploration.
Flight Club begins with a 5-week immersive series to build trust, create friendships, and learn foundational tools like communication, boundary-setting, and self-reflection. After that, the group meets monthly, going deeper into topics like confidence, leadership, intuition, and creative expression.

Each Flock includes 8–12 teens/tweens and two trained facilitators.
Expect a mix of:Guided Conversations — exploring values, friendships, identity, and resilience
Play + Creativity — journaling, storytelling, vision boards, collaborative projects
Movement + Awareness — practices to help land in the body and build confidence
Parent Connection — optional conversation prompts (“Squawks”) for home + light support hosting or transportation when needed
Our gatherings are not another school-like obligation — they are designed to feel like a safe, fun, inspiring landing place where your teen can be fully themselves.

Because we get it. Between us, we have four daughters and grew up in households full of sisters. We know the beauty, the mess, the laughter, and the challenges of raising girls.
We’ve seen firsthand that when girls have a trusted circle where they can show up messy, brilliant, emotional, and curious, they grow into confident, compassionate leaders — the kind who hold space for themselves and others.
Flight Club gives your teen:

What to Expect
5-Week Birdie Immersive
A five-week series of weekly Flight Connections designed to give teens the tools to learn how to Fly in Formation with their Flock.
Together, we’ll explore:
Connection – building trust and friendships
Compassion – for self and others
Curiosity – asking big questions
Conscious Communication – listening and speaking with care
Reflection + Celebration – integrating and honoring growth
6 Monthly Flight Connections
After completing the Immersive, the Flock transitions to six-monthly gatherings that build on the foundations of the first five weeks. These sessions invite deeper engagement through experiences like:
Your teen | tween daughter will have opportunities to engage with:
Compassion: Activities focused on empathy, active listening, and community service.
Curiosity: Workshops and interactive sessions that encourage exploration and inquisitiveness.
Community: Collaborative projects and team-building exercises to strengthen bonds.
Creative Expression: Artistic endeavors like journaling, storytelling, and vision boards.
Freedom: Personal storytelling, adventures, and physical awareness workshops to empower participants.
Leadership: Leadership development through intention-setting, conflict resolution, and exposure to women from a variety of lived experiences and professions.
Intuition: Practices to enhance intuitive thinking and self-awareness.
Parent Involvement
As parents, we understand that time is a commodity that we often do not have in abundance. We strive to curate Teen Flock with minimal time and effort required from parents. What we do ask:
Between weekly gatherings, parents receive (optional) Squawk Prompts — conversation starters to help integrate what their teens are learning.
We ask each family to host at least one monthly Flight Connection in their home. Hey Birdie provides the content and guidance for these gatherings.
When a session is designed as an Out-of-Nest Flight, we will ask for parent support with transportation.
Each Teen + Tween Flock consists of 8-12 Teens.
Teen is defined as 9th grade and older
Tween is 7th + 8th graders
