A 6-week small group for 8th & 9th grade girls — a screen-free space for real connection, where she learns what a supportive Flock actually feels like.
What Are Teen Flight Clubs?
Most of us grew up figuring it out on our own. Friendships that ran on comparison instead of trust. Confidence we had to fake instead of build. No real model for what a healthy friend group — or a healthy relationship with ourselves — was supposed to look like.
We want something different for our daughters.
Teen Flight Club is a 6-week, screen-free gathering for 8th and 9th grade girls. Small Flocks of girls from different schools, held by two trained facilitators, come together each Tuesday evening to practice the things most of us never got to practice out loud: conscious communication, ritual, confidence, and what it actually looks like to show up for each other.
It's not therapy. It's not school. It's a Flock — and a different way of growing up.
What to Expect

Each Flock includes 8–10 girls and a Flight Guide. Across the session, your daughter will experience:
Conscious Communication — learning to speak and listen with honesty and intention
Confidence-Building — practices that build self-trust from the inside, not performance for the outside
Ritual — small, grounding practices she can return to again and again
Friendship, Done Differently — what a supportive Flock looks and feels like, and how to be one for someone else
Embodiment & Intuition — tools to help her tune into her own body and gut instincts
Boundaries — practicing clear, kind yeses and nos in a room where it's safe to try
Every gathering is screen-free. No phones, no performance — just two hours to be fully present with girls who get it.

Because we get it. Between us, we have four daughters and grew up in households full of sisters. We know what it's like to grow up without a real model for healthy friendship, confidence, or self-trust — and we built Hey Birdie to give the next generation something different.
Flight Club gives your daughter:
A Flock — peers and mentors who show her what real support looks like
Tools — for communication, confidence, and trusting herself
A Home Base — a consistent, screen-free space to land, grow, and feel seen -
We honor that families are busy. Teen Flight Club is designed to be meaningful for your daughter and low-lift for you.
Optional Squawk Prompts between sessions to spark conversation at home
Hosting a Gathering — optional and encouraged; families are welcome to host one Flight Connection during the six weeks. Hey Birdie provides the structure, content, and support.
Out-of-Nest Flights — for field-trip style sessions, we may ask for help with transportation

Flock size: 8–10 girls, intentionally 2–3 per school
A Bird Call is required to register for either session.
