Questions We Hear a Lot

  • That's exactly why you're here. Every woman who walks through the door started exactly where you are. Hey Birdie is designed to make the first step feel easy — and to make the second, third, and fourth feel like coming home.

  • Hey Birdie is for women across all stages of life. Our members range from their 20s to their 60s and beyond. What they share isn't an age — it's the desire for real, consistent connection.

  • Monthly experiences run on a consistent schedule — Keen meets the 2nd Wednesday at 10am, and Strut meets the 4th Thursday from 10–11:30am. Quarterly experiences rotate timing each season so that over the course of a year, the schedule works for as many women as possible. When you join, you'll receive a welcome note with everything you need to know — and reminders before each experience so you're never caught off guard.

  • Membership is a solid place to develop connection, get out of the house, and flex your wings. Flight Club offers a different depth — smaller, more intimate, with dedicated content and a consistent group that grows together over time.

  • Monthly experiences are open — come when it works for you. Quarterly experiences require an RSVP so we can plan thoughtfully for the group. No guilt either way, but we do hope to see you there.

  • Yes — no long-term commitment. We'd love for you to stay, but we want you here because it's working for you, not because you're locked in.

  • Nope — just show up. Strut and Keen are open to all members, no registration required. Check the schedule, add it to your calendar, and we'll see you there.tion

  • Yes. Cackle, Wing, and Perch all require registration. Spots are capped, and members get first priority and attend free— so keep an eye out for registration announcements and grab your spot early.

  • We'll send members advance notice when registration opens for each seasonal experience. Make sure you're subscribed to member communications so you don't miss the window.

  • No worries — it's on the same schedule every month. Miss one, catch the next. That's the beauty of a recurring rhythm.

  • Please notify as early as possible to allow another Bird to take your spot.
