4th Annual Ms. Klaus Twerkshop + Community Booty Builder

A Holiday Tradition Reimagined — Movement, Compassion, Community

This year, we’re bringing our annual Ms. Klaus Twerkshop to a new generation. Designed just for teens and tweens, this reimagined gathering blends joyful movement with conversation, curiosity, and community stewardship.

Part twerk class, part philanthropic experience, Ms. Klaus Twerkshop invites young people to explore connection — to themselves, to each other, and to the world around them. Led by the incomparable Miss Monroe, participants will learn fun + accessible movement while honoring the cultural roots of twerking.

We’ll also spend time in conversation about what it means to be a good steward of our community: noticing what’s around us, getting curious about others’ experiences, and practicing compassion in real, tangible ways.

This year’s giving focus:
We’re supporting the “The East Pantry” — ensuring students in our own city have access to essential items. Participants are invited to bring canned goods or pantry staples as offerings of care and solidarity.
