WITH THE SEASON: FALL
Seasonal practices for body-led living
Grounding the body. Turning inward. Finding steadiness within change.
Fall is the season of transition.
The air becomes cooler and drier. The light shifts. Leaves begin to fall from the trees, reminding us that life is always moving through cycles of change, release, and impermanence.
In Ayurveda, fall carries the qualities of air and ether: movement, spaciousness, irregularity, and sensitivity. Without grounding, this season can leave us feeling anxious, scattered, unrooted, or disconnected from ourselves.
Fall asks us to turn inward.
To slow down enough to hear ourselves again.
To create steadiness within change.
To tend to the nervous system before depletion takes hold.
Together, we’ll explore grounding practices that nourish the body, calm the mind, and support a deeper sense of rootedness through the shifting season.
