With the Season: Summer Ayurvedic Seasonal Retreat

  • Harmonist Sanctuary 4633 East Colfax Avenue Denver, CO, 80220 United States (map)

WITH THE SEASON: SUMMER

Cooling the system. Softening the pace. Returning to yourself.

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, stretched thin, or slightly disconnected from yourself, this is a place to reset without stepping out of your life.

Summer often pulls us outward. More plans, more movement, more energy going out.

And without realizing it, many women find themselves feeling:

  • overstimulated

  • depleted in a way that rest doesn’t quite fix

  • disconnected from their body, even while staying busy

This gathering is an opportunity to pause within the intensity of the season, to cool the system, soften the pace, and reconnect with what your body is actually asking for.
When you learn to listen here, everything else begins to settle and reorganize.

Together, we’ll explore how to work with the heat and fullness of summer in a way that supports your energy rather than drains it.

Through a blend of gentle teaching, fluid movement, hands-on ritual, and shared nourishment, you’ll be guided back into a more steady, responsive relationship with your body.

This is not about doing summer “right.”
It’s about learning how to stay connected to yourself while you’re in it.

What we’ll explore

  • how summer impacts the body, energy, and overall sense of steadiness

  • simple ways to cool, hydrate, and reduce internal overwhelm

  • fluid, easeful movement to release tension and soften the body

  • touch-based practices that support grounding and reconnection

  • seasonal nourishment that restores rather than depletes

What you’ll leave with

  • a clearer understanding of what your body needs in this season

  • a few simple practices you’ll actually use

  • a felt sense of calm, spaciousness, and reconnection

  • a Seasonal Ritual Card to support you beyond the gathering

The experience

This is a 3-hour, group gathering designed to feel both structured and spacious.

You’ll be guided through:

  • a seasonal teaching grounded in Ayurveda

  • embodied movement and breath

  • a hands-on ritual practice using cooling oils

  • a participatory nourishment experience

  • time to integrate, reflect, and connect
