WITH THE SEASON: SUMMER
Cooling the system. Softening the pace. Returning to yourself.
Summer is the season of fullness.
Nature is vibrant, outward, expressive, and alive. The days are long, the pace quickens, and our energy naturally moves outward toward activity, connection, and experience.
In Ayurveda, summer is associated with the fire element. While this season can feel energizing and expansive, too much heat can leave us feeling overstimulated, depleted, reactive, or disconnected from ourselves beneath the movement.
This gathering is an invitation to soften within the intensity.
To cool the system.
To listen more closely.
To reconnect with the body before burnout becomes the norm.
Together, we’ll explore practices that support steadiness, nourishment, and ease through the heat and fullness of the season.
